We chose orange and sea salt as companions to Campante mezcal because we wanted to remember the beginnings of mezcal in Mexico. Orange, salt, mezcal and chocolate perfectly represent a Mexican photo enjoying the pleasure of mezcal and chocolate on a nice sunny afternoon.

Sea salt

The note of salt will always accentuate flavors, giving more character to the chocolate and at the same time more character to the mezcal.

Orange peel

Orange peel is a classic combination, always a good combination with mezcal. The citrus of the orange pairs very well with the notes of the mezcal.

Mezcal Praline (ganache)

Combining chocolate and mezcal in a single tablet makes it present in both. The mineral notes of the terroir of the soil where the chocolate comes from highlights the herbal notes of the mezcal such as rosemary, eucalyptus, mint and lavender.
